1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ConsentLedger (operated by Manoj Bhagat & Associates), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use ConsentLedger for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your selected subscription tier. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Service Description
ConsentLedger provides cookie consent management, DPDPA consent collection, Data Principal rights request (DSAR) workflows, breach management, and compliance tools for websites and mobile applications. We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Payment & Commercial Terms
Certain features require payment. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription plan. All paid plans are billed annually (prepaid) per website or mobile application, exclusive of applicable GST (18%). Invoices are due within 15 days.
6. Data Ownership & Residency
All consent data collected on your digital properties belongs to you (the Customer / Data Fiduciary). Export is available in CSV/JSON format for 30 days post-termination. All consent records are stored in India (Mumbai region).
7. Limitation of Liability
ConsentLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
